Thank you for choosing a piece of handcrafted glass art from Polka Dot Cow Designs.

Every piece of artwork is carefully packaged by the artist using the same care and attention that goes into creating it. Wherever possible, we use recycled and recyclable packaging materials to reduce our environmental impact while ensuring your artwork is protected during transit.

Dispatch Times

Ready-to-Ship Artwork

Most pieces available on our website are completed and ready for dispatch, unless they are currently displayed at the physical gallery.

Orders are normally dispatched within 3- 8 working days of receiving payment.

Made-to-Order Artwork

Some pieces are individually created especially for you after your order has been placed.

Unless otherwise stated, please allow approximately 3–5 weeks for handmade made-to-order artwork.

As every piece is individually handcrafted, production times may occasionally vary. Should there be any significant delay, we will contact you as soon as possible.

UK Delivery

Orders are carefully packaged by hand using appropriate protective materials specifically selected for fragile glass artwork.

We use reliable tracked delivery services wherever possible. Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on the size and type of artwork ordered.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email together with tracking information where available.

International Delivery

Please contact us directly before placing order from outside the UK as we do not ship internationally as standard.

We will be pleased to provide an individual shipping quotation.

Please note that any customs duties, import taxes or local charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Packaging

Every piece of artwork is individually wrapped and carefully packaged using multiple layers of protective materials to minimise the risk of damage during transit.

Wherever possible, we use recycled packaging materials and choose recyclable materials to help reduce waste without compromising the protection of your artwork.

Although every care is taken when packaging your order, glass is an inherently fragile material and, on rare occasions, damage may occur during transport.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

• United Kingdom: 3-8 working days

• Europe and Rest of the World: TBC after confirming shipping costs 

Please note that these are estimated delivery times only and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, customs processing or seasonal demand.

If Your Artwork Arrives Damaged

We take great care to package every order securely, however if your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please retain all packaging and provide photographs of:

• the outer packaging

• the internal packaging

• the damaged artwork

We will work with you to reach an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct before completing your purchase.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays or additional delivery costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Collection

If you would prefer to collect your artwork in person from our West London studio, please contact us before placing your order so that we can arrange a convenient collection time.
