  • RETURN & REFUND POLICY

    Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase, providing the item is returned intact and by an insured courier delivery service. Regrettably, we are unable to offer a free return service.

    Any items delivered to the customer damaged due to the fault of the courier will be refunded in full or replaced by a similar item. We can't guarantee the exact likeness, due to the unique nature of our products.

  • SHIPPING INFO

    All items will be sent using an insured courier service or, when possible, delivered by hand. Delivery and packing within the will be shown at checkout. Please message ahead of purchase for shipping costs outside of the UK.

  • RETURN & REFUND POLICY

    Returns Policy

    We hope you love your Dot Cow glass art piece. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the conditions below.

    Returns Eligibility

    • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

    • The artwork must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

    • Proof of purchase is required.

    Return Shipping

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

    • We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during return.

    Refunds

    • Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Damaged Items

    If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
