Returns Policy

We hope you love your Dot Cow glass art piece. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the conditions below.

Returns Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• The artwork must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required.

• For hygiene reasons, certain items such as earrings are non-returnable and cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged or faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during return.

 

Refunds

• Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging our artworks; however, in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Replacement of Damaged Items

As each piece is handmade and one of a kind, exact like-for-like replacements are not always possible. We will endeavour to offer a replacement that closely resembles the original piece in style and character. If a suitable replacement cannot be agreed upon, a full refund will be issued.
